You need stress-relief? A regular workout? Weight control? Worried about your self-defense skills? Want to involve your children in a joint physical activity?
Join The Citadel Family Life's Tae Kwon Do. We practice the traditional, non-contact style of Tae Kwon Do, together with day and evening students. A good opportunity to learn to know some of your students!
There is only one age limit for the class: you have to be six or older. You're afraid you might be too old? You're not! We have black belts who began with Tae Kwon Do in their sixties. You are overweight? So? Many TKD students start out overweight. You practice according to your abilities; the weight problem will take care of itself. (David Allen, for example, lost 25 pounds during his first year.) You're out of shape? Well, weren't most of us when we decided we need to do something about it? You always practice as hard as your physical condition allows you - not more. You are setting your own goals - and it works!
